Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic that the United Kingdom is experiencing Eurosat London are changing it’s working practises to ensure that we protect both our staff and customers in these troubling times.
As from the 24th March 2020 we will be restricting direct access to the London trade counter and instead offering a phone/email and collect service only between the hours of 09:30 and 16:30.
To get the stock you need to carry on with your business and provide connectivity services please follow these steps
1. Call 020 8208 4444 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to place your orders or to discuss anything with a member of staff.
2. If you don’t have a credit account with us, you’ll need to pay over the phone when you place your order. Until this pandemic is over we will not be able to accept cash.
3. Upon arrival please call us and we will have the goods ready to collect at the front of the warehouse.
Anyone arriving who has not phoned ahead will not be permitted entry but will be able to order via telephone, however there may be a delay whilst the order is raised, picked and payment is taken.
We appreciate your support during this difficult time for us all and our priority is to ensure our service levels whilst also supporting the nation for greater good.
As of 23rd March we still have access to courier delivery for next day and our own van delivery will be increased to local orders within 10 miles with no minimum order value. Both services can adhere to specific delivery instructions.
I personally as General Manager of Eurosat London will make a £1 pound contribution to our brave and valuable health service for every order we process during this three week lock down period regardless if it is collected, sent by courier or by our own van
